MODUS X Strengthens Its Position in the Ranking of Ukraine’s Largest IT Companies

In DOU’s Top 50 IT Companies in Ukraine ranking for the first half of 2025, MODUS X moved up five positions and entered the top nine companies with the highest growth rates.

Over six months, the team grew by 10%, exceeding 720 specialists. The company continues to hire, with more than ten open positions across key areas.

“The results show that we are moving in the right direction. Sustainable growth is always the result of systematic work. According to the Ranking

The current landscape of Ukraine’s IT industry leaders includes:

• 23 service companies, 1 outstaffing company, 21 product companies, and 5 hybrid companies;
• the share of product companies continues to grow, with two more joining the ranking over the past six months;
• the total number of specialists among the Top 50 stands at 79,100, with only minor changes — a decrease of 279 specialists, or 0.4%, over six months;
• the number of technical specialists also declined only slightly, by 1%;
• most companies have offices in Kyiv, while 22 have offices in Lviv and 8 in Kharkiv.

The DOU ranking records the first signs of market stabilization after years of full-scale war. Projects and specialists in artificial intelligence continue to be in the highest demand.
