What Was the Project About?
The BA Bootcamp consisted of two main stages:
🔹 Training (2 months)
An intensive theoretical foundation in business analysis — from requirements gathering and writing User Stories to process modeling, creating diagrams, and collaborating with development teams. Participants learned not only classic BA approaches but also the specifics of working on IT projects.
🔹 Internship (3 months)
Practical work on real internal company projects, including no-code/low-code initiatives. Participants took on junior business analyst roles, immersed themselves in business processes, communicated with stakeholders, tested solutions, and prepared documentation.
📚 We held more than 14 training sessions, 2 practical workshops, and regular Q&A sessions with mentors.
Each participant had a mentor who provided support throughout the program, offered feedback, and helped develop both hard and soft skills.

Results
- 30 participants successfully completed the training stage.
- 12 participants were offered the opportunity to complete an internship.
- 9 participants completed the full internship program.
- 6 participants received job offers and are joining the MODUS X team.
- 3 more participants were referred to our partner, Creatio, where they are continuing their careers in business analysis.
