MODUS X, together with its partner Creatio, hosted a webinar titled “Digitizing Document Management in the Energy Sector.” The focus was on the experience of the DTEK Group, where the MODUS X team helped implement a platform to automate contract and administrative document management.
Oleksii Vygodskyi, Head of Enterprise Applications and Technologies at MODUS X, shared practical insights from the project. In his presentation, he outlined the key challenges the company faced at the start of its digital transformation and presented a vision for effective document management.
Particular attention was given to the “DTEK One Click Digital Back Office” program — a large-scale initiative aimed at creating a paperless environment within the company. Webinar participants saw how contract and administrative document workflows operate in a unified digital environment and how the Creatio platform provides flexibility, scalability, and faster development through low-code/no-code approaches.
The presentation demonstrated the full solution development cycle — from defining the business requirements to implementation in the production environment — with a focus on effective collaboration between business and development teams. The Creatio platform played a key role in this transformation, serving as a reliable technological foundation for quickly adapting solutions to business requirements.
Modernizing document management across the DTEK Group is an example of how modern digital tools can accelerate processes, increase transparency, and make collaboration between teams simpler and more efficient.
