MODUS X held its annual New Year's event, Townhall 2024, online. The event summed up the results of 2024 and announced plans for 2025.
The company's management spoke to the participants, held an interactive panel discussion, awarded the best employees of the year, and raised funds for a pickup truck for a colleague serving in the Defence Forces.
MODUS X CEO Dmytro Osyka thanked the team for their fruitful work, which allowed the company to enter the top tech rankings and continue its growth. He also announced plans for 2025, including the integration of Customer Experience into all aspects of the company's activities, an increase in external sales, and the development of R&D.
"I am proud of my team, which not only achieved the goals set, but also laid the foundation for the further transformation of our MODUS X into a leader in the Ukrainian technology market. 2024 was a time of challenges and achievements. We have strengthened our position in the domestic market, improved our customer experience and continued to transform, getting even closer to our goal of being a product and service company," said Dmytro Osyka.
CTO Yevhenii Horbachov spoke about the progress in the development of the R&D function and the culture of innovation that will help the company become a leader in the Ukrainian technology market and create powerful product solutions. In her turn, CHRO Snizhana Katsiuba presented the development of a team-based corporate culture.
During a panel discussion hosted by CCO Iryna Hodovaniuk, MODUS X practice leaders shared the results of their projects and insights into technologies that will change the market in 2025.
Special attention was paid to supporting the unit of our colleague Volodymyr Melnyk, who is defending the country in the Kharkiv region. Together, we managed to raise a significant amount of money to purchase a pick-up truck for combat missions. Thanks to the active participation of employees, the company has once again proved that it is united in its goal to support its employees, even in the most difficult times.
