Yevhenii Horbachov, CTO of MODUS X, joined the DEV.ua podcast to share how MODUS X is evolving into a product and services IT company by transforming the internal innovations developed within the DTEK Group into market-ready digital products.
At the heart of the conversation was the concept the MODUS X team calls "Company in Your Smartphone." It builds on Yevhenii's experience of spending more than five years working on Ukraine's national digital services platform Diia. Today, that expertise is reflected in DTEK OneClick, a digital application that transforms HR processes in large organizations.
Already referred to as a "corporate Diia," the solution enables companies to fully digitize employee services—from requests and certificates to analytics and cost optimization.
"We are not just building internal services. We are creating universal digital products that can be applied not only in the energy sector but across many industries. Today, we are bringing these products to the open market," said Yevhenii Horbachov.
The podcast also explores how the MODUS X R&D team turns ideas into scalable products:
