Two days at the stand, a joint session with TAS Agro and dozens of conversations about what HR looks like when most of the team works outside the office.
MODUS X at HR Days 2026
HR Days is one of the largest professional forums for Ukraine's HR community. Over two days the MODUS X team worked at its own stand: demonstrating DEEP, walking visitors through real working scenarios and collecting feedback from HR professionals.
Visitors came with specific requests. Some were looking for a solution for employees who have no corporate email. Some wanted to remove paper document flow between regions. Others asked whether a new app would force them to replace the core systems the company had spent years implementing.
What DEEP is
DEEP is a mobile platform by MODUS X that the company calls a company in a smartphone. It brings HR services, internal communications, documents, requests and feedback together in a single app.
The platform was built for businesses where a significant part of the team does not sit at a computer every day: manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, energy, retail. Users log in with a phone number and a one-time password, so an employee needs neither a corporate mailbox nor a separate licence. Documents can be signed with a qualified electronic signature via Diia.Signature directly from a phone. DEEP connects to existing core systems and extends their functionality rather than replacing them.
Within DTEK Group, 60,000 employees work through DEEP – the company uses this scale as evidence that the solution holds up under the load of a large organisation.
Joint session with TAS Agro
A separate highlight of the forum was the joint session of Snizhana Katsiuba, Chief HR Officer at MODUS X, and Natalia Korol, Director of the HR and Business Transformation Department at TAS Agro. The speakers described how the agricultural holding moved its HR processes into a mobile format.
The TAS Agro case stands out precisely because of the size of its field team: more than 60% of employees work on farms, at elevators and in the fields. These are tractor operators, milking machine operators and grain dryer operators – people without desktop computers or corporate accounts. Previously, during sowing or harvest, they had to travel to regional offices for paperwork.
In the first month and a half after launch, more than 1,000 of the holding’s employees registered in the app and the platform was used more than 6,700 times. On average a user spends 17 minutes in the app – enough to submit a vacation request or order a certificate without leaving the field.
What the forum showed
The questions visitors asked at the stand were mostly about the mechanics of implementation rather than the idea of HR digitalisation itself. The nature of the conversations shows it: companies want to know how to onboard people without work email, what happens to their existing systems and how long a rollout takes.
The team uses the feedback gathered at the forum in product development – it shows which DEEP capabilities businesses need most. MODUS X continues to develop the platform so that it matches companies’ needs and becomes part of teams’ everyday work.
