MODUS X is strengthening its partnerships with leading Ukrainian universities by signing a memorandum of cooperation with Lviv Polytechnic National University. This step opens up a new level of collaboration between education and business, creating opportunities for students to gain relevant knowledge and for businesses to attract talent ready to meet the challenges of today's market.
The memorandum was signed as part of Talentverse X, a large-scale MODUS X initiative aimed at developing a talent engagement ecosystem and building partnerships between businesses, universities, international and government organizations, and technology vendors.
"We invest in the development of young people because education is the foundation of the future. Lviv Polytechnic combines deep-rooted traditions with a modern vision, and it is precisely in such an environment that digital transformation leaders emerge. It is important for us not only to provide students with knowledge but also to help them apply it in practice — through real-world projects that are changing the country," said Snizhana Katsiuba, Chief Human Resources Officer at MODUS X.
"Partnership with MODUS X marks a new chapter in the development of our university and an opportunity to create an environment for students that is as closely aligned as possible with the needs of the modern economy. Lviv Polytechnic has always supported initiatives that combine academic knowledge with practical experience, because it is precisely this synergy that prepares young people for the real challenges of the market. We are confident that joint projects with MODUS X will become a powerful driver of innovation, student engagement in relevant technology solutions, and the development of a new generation of leaders who will transform the country," said Nataliia Shakhovska, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic National University.
"We believe that modern IT education should be closely integrated with real-world business. Our cooperation with Lviv Polytechnic is a key step in implementing our strategy for developing partnerships with educational institutions. Knowledge sharing, open access to MODUS X's internal training programs, and the involvement of students in real-world projects will help shape a new generation of skilled professionals ready to adapt to rapid changes and meet the challenges of the market," emphasized Maria Shydlovska, Head of Learning & Development at MODUS X.
The signing of the memorandum with Lviv Polytechnic National University is an important step toward building a sustainable and effective ecosystem where education, business, and young people join forces to develop innovative technology solutions that will contribute to Ukraine's growth.
